At Bordon Handmade, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots do not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return or exchange period for unworn items in their original condition.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and authorization form.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn boots back in their original dust bags and box, ensuring all protective packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Item

Attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

Inspection and Refund

Once our artisans inspect the boots for signs of wear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement pair within 5-7 business days.
